Everything went smoothly and efficient with Shirley's help! After signing the tenant agreement she still helped us on utility stuff. Really appreciate that we have such a proactive and responsible agent like Shirley to help us find an ideal apartment.

Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease.
