Ms. Sayaka showed me some flats on Conduit Road, Old Peak Road and Sai Ying Pun area. She was always attentive to me and understood my preference. Her replies regarding my questions/ requests were fast. I would say she is the one who understands client’s needs and timing. Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok!
