Nina Schulte-Mattler as well as OKAY.com as a whole did a brilliant job finding my first flat in Hong Kong. Nina is a very respectful, attentive and efficient partner. Every single inquiry was answered promptly and clearly. Nina placed me into my new home in less than a week and arranged everything that was needed, prepared the paperwork and explained it to me very comprehensively so I just had to sign and move in! Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day.
