Just wanted to commend the service of Joanne from OKAY for helping us rent our place. She was very good with all the attentions to detail that made the transaction smoothly. She answered all our question speedily and was able to give us good insights on things we were not familiar with. She contacted me very quickly after I made the initial request online then followed up with my enquiries and requests diligently. After I told her my requirements, she compiled a huge list of properties in different areas for viewing and even managed to make some last-minute additions and changes. The viewing process was smooth and I was impressed by the standard of properties we saw. We were so impressed we actually put in an offer right away! Even after the contracts were exchanged, Shirley continued to communicate frequently and send over helpful info and advice on logistics. I highly recommend Shirley.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!
