Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. I really can’t recommend her enough, and anyone lucky to get Flo as their agent will soon think the same I’m sure.

Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!

Don was professional and knowledgeable in his approach to my property search. OKAY.com had been recommended to me by a colleague for its efficiency and great customer support which very much proved to be the case. I also appreciated the ‘after sales' service that Don provided in addressing my concerns about multiple small defects. I have never used the service of agents in the past, or more precisely, the very few experiences I had in Europe were not very positive with agents applying a lot of pressure to ensure I signed the agreement while making promises that were never held. My experience with OKAY.com was very refreshing in comparison and I would highly recommend Don's services to others looking for a new home in HK!
