It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and potential properties that are available on the market. We will surely recommend her to all our friends :)

His professionalism and attention to details. Dawson comprehensively covered all my bases by planning well in advance of handover and anticipating any potential issues which might arise. During the house search, his well-connected network opened doors which would not otherwise be possible, which allowed me to get informed first-hand whenever a new listing arose. Lala helped me find my dream home. From the minute I met Lala, all our interactions were highly professional and handled with great care, diligence and experience. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. I highly recommend Lala and would use her again!
