Matthieu was polite, attentive and understanding of my requirements. He worked positively in a short space of time to deliver a good solution for my requirements. Unfortunately due to another option being presented through a friend, I was not able to take up the offer that the landlord made despite being very impressed with the quality of the flat and the terms negotiated. I would if necessary use Matthieu in the future to secure me a deal.

Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.
