Thanks to your company, I have recently leased my apartment at Stanford Villa by your agent Mary Yu on first viewing. I am writing to express my gratitude for her professionalism. Her intelligence, competence, diligence and demeanour make her one of the best property agents I have encountered.

...Andrea has been an absolute delight to work with. She is not only very friendly but most importantly understands the requirements of her clients very well. From the moment we discussed my move [to Hong Kong] I instantly felt reassured that the stressful process of finding a place to call home was going to be easier than I anticipated (I even cancelled the vast number of other agents I was planning on working with). No requests seemed too hard. This includes my request to view a total of 28 properties in one day to being happy to secure the handover on a Sunday. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up.
