Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! I under-estimated the time it would take to find the right apartment and was under time pressure as I had to vacate my current apartment by July 14th. I was talking to a number of agents at the same time to hopefully find something as soon as possible. When I met Grace, she immediately started showing me all of the properties I requested. Then she made a suggestion of a unit which was out of my budget. She said she would help me negotiate a good price, which I thought would be challenging. But she MADE things happen and I am looking toward to moving to the new apartment. Grace is proactive, efficient and professional--an outstanding agent.
