Sonam was responsive, resourceful, and always gave honest advice. Thanks to her experience and network, she helped me secure a great home ahead of the crowd.

We just wanted to send you a quick note to say a huge thank you for finding us the most amazing place to call home. We are absolutely thrilled to move in. Your dedication and hard work throughout the entire process were impressive. You listened to our needs, showed us properties that matched our preferences, and provided invaluable guidance along the way. You worked hard at the negotiation and got us the fridge, sink, and other renovations we wanted. You also took the initiative to help us with transfer of water, electricity and towngas, which was incredible. Today, you were detailed in checking that the apartment is fit to move in, and identified places that needed minor fixes. We can't express enough how grateful we are for your efforts. You made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much. We will definitely be recommending your services to anyone in need of a fantastic real estate agent like you.

My lease in my previous flat was set to run out, but my landlord, in the midst of a sale of the unit which I was renting, gave me only three weeks notice. Within 48 hours, Louise had not only shown me a flat that exceeded all my expectations but also had the offer accepted and the offer letter drawn up and signed. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat. The new flat is a delight, so I am doubly grateful for her help and professionalism. I have used Louise as my rental agent twice in two years and have often suggested to friends that they use her.
