Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in.
