Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
