Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. For example, she would help recommend helpers, good restaurants, stores and other tips for living around the area. She is definitely a go-to person not only for our house hunting but also for settling down in the area.

She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly.
