We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues. With her wide contacts I received a shortlist of apartments on a link which I could express my preliminary interest. Post which she quickly secured apartment viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she provided her impartial comments about the pros and cons of the apartment. It was evident that her goal was to ensure the apartment was a great fit for me. Once I’d decided on the unit she went an extra mile to achieve a fair price as well as sort out the other details such as water and electricity for me. She was a single point of contact that ensured I was able to move in a week from viewing the apartment.
