My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!
