To whom it may concern. We engaged Dorothy Poon from OKAY.com to assist us in finding an apartment with a rooftop in Wan Chai, Mid Levels East and Happy Valley. Dorothy presented us with a good selection of available properties in the price range we indicated. She has been very professional and friendly throughout. She has given us sound advice to engage in a lease in apartment that really meets our wishes. We are very pleased with the property and will engage her in the future for upcoming extensions of lease.

Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.

When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord.
