Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. I highly recommend Sonam to anyone looking to rent out their apartment in Hong Kong. She is a true rockstar! She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with.
