We first contacted OKAY.com in June 2016 as soon as we knew we were moving to Discovery Bay from abroad. With Nina’s understanding of our wants, needs and concerns the whole house hunting experience in a foreign place couldn’t have been smoother or more stress free. Every doubt, paperwork, law and other local bureaucracies were explained to us promptly. Without Nina's commitment, professionalism, dedication, efficiency and DB knowledge we wouldn’t have found the perfect home for our family. Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!
