It’s my pleasure to offer my unreserved recommendation for Ms. Sayaka Tajuddin. I’ve known Sayaka since last November 2019 when I’ve arrived in Hong Kong, having work with her in my search for accommodation. She’s always demonstrated responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit. When I’ve explained my needs she was always very attentive and keen to search for the best option based in my needs. Every time I have requested any information or communication required with my current Landlord she is been extremely responsive and delivering a solution in no time.

After making the difficult decision to move flats, I found Jayde who managed to find the perfect flat for me within an amazing timeframe! Jayde is incredibly knowledgeable about the rental market, has a portfolio of great listings, and is one of the most responsive and thorough individuals I have worked with! Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
