Ruby responded very quickly to my initial enquiry, which said to me that she was enthusiastic and keen to help. Throughout our search for an apartment, Ruby has provided lots of great advice, she showed us a good range of properties in the areas that we identified as our preference and nothing had been too much trouble for her. Ruby has gone ‘above and beyond’ in her efforts to secure our chosen apartment at a fair rent and then helped to facilitate all of the required administrative details. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in Hong Kong.

My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Ruby was extremely diligent and professional throughout the entire process, not to mention friendly and pleasant. Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. The fact that Ruby went above and beyond deserves special recognition.

We had a great time working with Shirley on our flat search. She considered our feedback and refined our searches according to what we need instead of trying to push a product to us. She was extremely patient and provided very honest insight to the flats we have seen. We would like to work with her again with our next search.
