She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! We can't thank her enough. We have referred a lot of friends and colleagues to work with Jayde and they have had very positive experiences with her too.

We knew Shirley by internet property search. We knew plenty of agencies and had been looking for a real home for a long time. Without much expectation, we set a target for her and to my surprise, her relentless effort made things happen. Not only completion but a completion for both the well-being of the buyer and seller. She continued her effort despite finishing the deal and helped out in various aspects including renovation, mortgage, and insurance issues. She is an all-around agent and I recommend her if you need to sell or buy any properties.

Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods.
