After looking for a place for a few months with a number of agents, Shirley was the only one who could find one we liked with the correct specifications and at the right price point. She was always reachable for any questions, very efficient and keen to help. We hope to work together again in the future!

She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! We can't thank her enough. We have referred a lot of friends and colleagues to work with Jayde and they have had very positive experiences with her too.

Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
