Soi was incredibly personable, professional, unflappable and committed to creating a smooth transaction from the moment I got off the plane, to well after the signing. I arrived with only a few days to find a place. But Soi was well organized and made me feel like I was her only client, meeting me over the weekend and with little notice during the week to see and re-see houses. Soi very quickly honed in on what I was looking for, and that helped things move along. Once we zeroed in on a decision, I felt Soi was very much on my side in negotiating with the landlords. It was obvious Soi has a very deep knowledge of the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung areas, and I am sure other areas, too. While we were out looking, if I happened to see a house that wasn’t on the list but looked empty, Soi seemed to magically have the number for the owner. We are really happy and I can say with confidence that Soi is a big reason why. I would recommend her strongly to anyone looking for real estate advice.

We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. I only had a weekend to find a place when I moved to HK and I needed a realtor who was up to the challenge. Not only did Jayde exceed my expectations regarding expediency but she also made the process fun. She asked me helpful questions to get to know what sorts of areas and living accommodations would be a good fit for me, took my feedback to heart and, ultimately, knew what would work best. In fact, she grasped my needs and preferences so well that, in the end, my greatest difficulty was deciding between two places I loved! I’ve moved almost a dozen times in my life (many times internationally), and I’ve never had such a fun or smooth experience in arranging a place to live. Jayde’s knowledge of Hong Kong, her flexible, hard-working and upbeat personality and experience in the various paperwork involved in securing accommodations make her an invaluable asset to any apartment or house hunt in Hong Kong. I really can’t recommend her strongly enough.
