Shirley is incredibly hard working and responds to messages promptly and seemingly around the clock - as I live in London. Once I gave her my criteria, she immediately sent over several listings that were suitable. When I told her I was interested in the Cullinan West apartments, she went there and took dozens of high-quality photographs and sent them to me the next day. I met Shirley in person on a trip to HK in January. She was friendly, professional and had a good sense of humour as well. Each flat she showed me was perfect but unfortunately I am not able to move to Hk until July. I am confident Shirely will be able to find the perfect home for me and my family when the time comes.

We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!
