Luen Gay Apartments 聯基新樓

Flo exceeded all our expectations in our property search in Hong Kong. We previously worked with other agents and attended numerous viewings with nothing to show for it other than stress and frustration. Flo truly listened and was able to quickly adjust our searches so each property was relevant and met our needs. On only our second day viewing we had found the perfect property in a building no other agent had even shown us. She guided us expertly through the entire offer and signing process and made us feel extremely comfortable, which is so important when moving into a new country. It made us feel that we had a trusted advisor and advocate on our side. And the best part is even after signing, Flo did not disappear and helped us with everything from setting up utilities to finding handymen. She is an amazing agent and I recommend her to all my business colleagues and friends who are looking for property in HK as I know they will have a great experience just like my family.

Elma is very knowledgeable in her field and gave us valuable yet independent advice. She is very efficient and follows up on outstanding matters promptly. She is also very patient in understanding our requirements and often worked at night to try to find suitable units for us. I would highly recommend her to my contacts.

Working with Karma was an absolute god send, and made looking for a new home in a new country a breeze. She understood exactly what we needed, and tailored our search around those requirements. Her local knowledge was exceptional, and without this we wouldn't have found our perfect home. To say she went the extra mile, would be an understatement, l can't thank her enough.
