We first contacted OKAY.com in June 2016 as soon as we knew we were moving to Discovery Bay from abroad. With Nina’s understanding of our wants, needs and concerns the whole house hunting experience in a foreign place couldn’t have been smoother or more stress free. Every doubt, paperwork, law and other local bureaucracies were explained to us promptly. Without Nina's commitment, professionalism, dedication, efficiency and DB knowledge we wouldn’t have found the perfect home for our family. Jayde enthusiastically promoted our apartment and through her professional and efficient service found excellent tenants for us. We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues.
