Towers 3, 5, 6 and 7 sit side-by-side facing east with harbour views of Sham Wan and comprise three units per standard floor. Saleable areas run from 723 to 2,211 sq.ft. with most units featuring a balcony or flat roof. Towers 8, 9 and 10 are also arranged in a row facing northeast with views of the Aberdeen Marina Club & Boat Club. There are four units per standard floor with saleable areas starting from 425 to 1,637 sq. ft., most of which feature a balcony or flat roof. Residents can enjoy a wide array of leisure facilities provided at the clubhouse, including: Club Voyage, which spans a massive 58,500 sq.ft. and is equipped with a gym, swimming pools, spa, sauna and steam room together with a landscaped garden and play area. There are also 395 car parking spaces located on the G/F to 6/F. A 5-storey podium deck also provides residents here with marvellous pleasure and comfort.
