I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with.
