Working with Elle was an outstanding experience. She ensured the process ran smoothly from our initial requests to securing our new home, helping us seamlessly complete all the formalities along the way, remaining accessible and helpful with every aspect of moving into our new home.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

She was incredibly kind and caring since the very beginning. I really value her meticulosity in double checking every single detail for us. She has been close to us throughout the whole process and we feel we are in good hands.
