Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day.
