It is not just a job for her, she takes a personal interest, as if the property is her own and ensures that the client gets what they want. For example, I had a property that was being rented out to someone who was not a good tenant. Sonam kept in constant touch with me and patiently waited until the old tenancy agreement ended and immediately found me a new tenant. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a reliable and professional property agent.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible.
