Soi assisted me in the purchase of a village house in Clearwater Bay. From the very beginning she was helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely attentive, taking calls in the evening and on weekends, and was also very willing to present our thoughts and concerns to the Vendor in a professional way that moved the whole process forward and made us feel at ease. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with.
