Kin Yick Mansion 建益大樓

A quick note to say thank you for the help in our recent letting in Tai Hang, your assistance, professionalism, delivery, and directional advise with this rental was AAA+. There was not a query or question on the many steps or the best way to approach these that you could not assist with. We will no doubt be in contact for more advice but to this stage your services were second to none and helped our family find the perfect spot in record time. Thank you again and please do share this with your business OKAY.com and other clients so such professionalism and service is noticed and used by many more (we certainly will recommend you to any asking).

Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.

Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.
