Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us.
