After living in Hong Kong for many years and acquiring multiple properties here, I met Ruby while looking for a specific type of investment property. I wish I had known her from day one. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Jayde was effective and efficient - a truly excellent agent and a real asset to OKAY.com. She was extremely helpful to our new tenant and provided lots of useful tips, whilst being very considerate of the needs of both landlord and tenant. It was a pleasure working with her.
