Joyful Building 再輝大廈

Thank you, Alan, for helping us find us our beautiful new flat on Conduit Road. Thank you for your efficient and seamless service in showing us a great range of suitable properties and working with our tight timeline. In this business, I believe transparency and trust are of utmost importance, and you delivered on this again and again. I would certainly recommend you to my friends in the future.

When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. Big thank you Sonam for your professionalism, flexibility, patience and good taste!

Yohanita is the best agent you could wish for in your search of new home in Hong Kong. Very thorough, responsive, eager to understand your needs, likes/dislikes, pleasure to deal with and passionate about property market. After having many bad experiences with agents in Hong Kong, Yohanita took our search to the next level. Highly recommended!
