We had a great experience working with Shirley as our realtor. With Shirley’s extensive experience and knowledge we were able to identify, view, negotiate and close on a deal within a short period of time. She was intelligent and efficient in her approach, and was professional about the way she handled our requests. She took on full responsibility from start to finish and went above and beyond what was required of her. As an individual she is passionate and energetic person and it was a joy to have worked with her. We would recommend her to our family and friends.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.
