Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal.
