Jayde did a great job in finding an excellent tenant that fit my expectations. Prior to working with her, I had rejected a number of offers over the past couple of months. Jayde was able to deliver where others had not and in just one day she had finalized all terms with both sides very happy. She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule. The house was handed over very smoothly, and all the paperwork was arranged in a very professional manner. I feel very comfortable to look to Jayde and OKAY.com again for my property needs in the future.

Shirley is a very delicated agent, at our very first viewing elements mall was closed for safety concerns, she persevered for 45 minutes to reach us and to make our appointment on time. After our initial viewing, after carefully noting our preferences, she worked tirelessly to identify suitable properties, all of which were a good fit. Finally, she negotiated long and hard on our behalf to put together deals inside our target price range. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
