Max helped us search and secure two apartments - one in the Mid-Levels, and another one on the South side after our son was born. We love both apartments! She understood our preferences quickly and showed us only the apartments that met our needs. She helped us solve issues with the landlords efficiently both before and after signing the leases. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature.
