Throughout our search for an apartment, Ruby has provided lots of great advice, she showed us a good range of properties in the areas that we identified as our preference and nothing had been too much trouble for her. Ruby has gone ‘above and beyond’ in her efforts to secure our chosen apartment at a fair rent and then helped to facilitate all of the required administrative details. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
