Moving to Hong Kong with two kids in the middle of the school year, not knowing anything about the city was daunting. We were living outside the US for the first time and I was feeling overwhelmed. Until Max Lever sorted it all out for us. Within 15 minutes of meeting her it was not only clear that she knew what she was doing, but that she was also genuinely tuned in to our needs. Even though we had only given Max 24 hour notice before our first day out on the hunt, she had done her homework. She had made appointments with a variety of great properties to show us, all fitting our brief. She helped us to understand the pros and cons of each area, and was honest in her opinions of each property. She was on top of everything and was prompt and patient with our seemingly endless questions. Because of Max, we found a fantastic apartment with a favorable rental which feels like home. I can't recommend Max enough. An amazing realtor and quality person who is an absolute pleasure to be around.

Vincent struck us as one of the most friendly, resilient and knowledgeable personality there is amongst the plethora of Estate Agents available in Hong Kong. He was able to understand out complex needs very quickly and provide a level of customer service that made all the difference to us. Despite setbacks aplenty around the many flat visits that we made, Vincent kept us on track whilst keeping a good sense of humour about it all - until we finally found the perfect place to call home!
