She does not use pressure tactics to force a sale, which is a rare plus and she is always available on her phone.

Josephine was very helpful in terms of understanding our requirements and trying to match them by scouting for many options. I also liked your Company's interface that shows the listing with all details and available photographs. It was easy to shortlist the flats to view through the portal and be able to post comments.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
