Moving from the Bahamas to Hong Kong was daunting. We had viewed a range of apartments with various agents prior to meeting Jayde and had begun to reconcile the fact that we would not find our dream home without breaking the bank. The first apartment Jayde showed us was the one in which we are now proud tenants. It was not sheer luck that brought this about. Rather, it is Jayde’s ability to rapidly and effectively process and appreciate her clients requirements. Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms.
