Glenealy Building 樹福大廈

We’ve worked with Sonam on 2 moves, multiple negotiations, rent reductions, stamp duties, and much more, and working with her has always been such a pleasure. She’s helped with everything to do with our moves and has always gone above and beyond to close deals for us. Furthermore, most agent - client relationships end the day the lease is signed, but Sonam has always stayed in touch to make sure the move went smoothly and helped with things beyond her job scope. I have recommended Sonam to dozens of people and I will continue to do so, because she’s absolutely fantastic at her job. She has great relationships with her clients and landlords, and provides such a positive representation of Okay.com.

She was incredibly kind and caring since the very beginning. I really value her meticulosity in double checking every single detail for us. She has been close to us throughout the whole process and we feel we are in good hands.

My husband and I worked with Sonam to search for a rental apartment. She was very proactive in understanding our requirements, actively proposed properties that we would have overlooked otherwise, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She is warm and personable, very knowledgeable of all the neighbourhoods and properties, and made the process of apartment hunting a breeze. If you are looking for hands-on support in finding the right apartment for your needs, I would highly recommend Sonam! All the best,
