Dorothy is an extraordinary professional whose absolute focus is client satisfaction. Prior to seeking her guidance, we juggled four agents and their schedules. Dorothy consolidated a listing based on our priorities and our budget. She was direct and wonderfully well humoured in how she guided us to a shortlist. From that shortlist, we settled on a rental property in a very short period. Her thorough attention to detail meant that liaising with landlords and agents was easy. This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.
