She knows my preference and only recommends apartments to my liking. Her cheerful attitude makes the tedious flat searching experience much more fun. She is also very thorough in following up the details and process.

Dawson was an amazing help getting the dream apartment in Hong Kong in a very short period of time. He was highly professional, organized, flexible and accommodating! He prepared a detailed briefing according to my needs so that I could visit the apartments straight after landing in Hong Kong. After understanding my needs in detail, he tailored the offering and negotiated with all parties involved on my behalf. The whole process was managed highly efficiently - especially important since I had to fly out after just two weeks and had only very limited time to select the flat. Dawson also prepared all the documentation very carefully and pointed out some local specifics I would definitely have missed on my own. I highly recommend working with Dawson to help you find your dream home!

My lease in my previous flat was set to run out, but my landlord, in the midst of a sale of the unit which I was renting, gave me only three weeks notice. Within 48 hours, Louise had not only shown me a flat that exceeded all my expectations but also had the offer accepted and the offer letter drawn up and signed. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat. The new flat is a delight, so I am doubly grateful for her help and professionalism. I have used Louise as my rental agent twice in two years and have often suggested to friends that they use her.
