Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements. I found Flo to be friendly and witty but professional and service orientated at all times. I can’t recommend Flo and her work highly enough.

We were happy that we met Shirley. She has been truly helpful to us on finding a satisfying home. She has been responsive and clearly understood our requirements. Everything went smoothly and efficient with Shirley's help! After signing the tenant agreement she still helped us on utility stuff.
