Fu Lee Loy Mansion 富利來大廈

We worked with Sonam to find an incredible new apartment in Sai Ying Pun. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we share our highest recommendation for her. Sonam knows the Hong Kong property market like the back of her hand. Aside from curating listings to suit your unique preferences, she will provide an extra layer of insight into everything from property trends, neighborhoods, and commute times to help guide your decision. But what was most memorable from working with her is that she quickly transformed from being "an agent" to becoming a friend! Touring around the city for viewings with Sonam was a true pleasure. You'll enjoy a laugh with her over a coffee between viewing appointments; she'll also take that time to really listen and learn more about you to help curate new ideas for places to see. When it came to negotiation on our chosen apartment, Sonam represented us masterfully while guiding us on the fair positions we could take to get the best deal within our budget.

Thank you once again, Helena, for all her help which was much appreciated. We will definitely be back in touch with her should we be planning to move again in future!

"Working with Jane was an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism, passion and amazing market knowledge set her well apart from the few other property agents I had spoken to previously. Within minutes of meeting Jane, I knew I wanted to work with her. She positioned the property perfectly, and had a great negotiating strategy to get the best price for our sale. I have subsequently recommended her to several friends, and they are all unanimous that Jane is the consummate professional, that gets the job done, and an absolute joy to work with. She made what could be a painful process, actually quite enjoyable"
