Working with Jayde and OKAY.com was a great experience. Jayde helped me find a great flat in a great location at a competitive rate, which was exactly what i was looking for! Jayde's constant communication made the whole process very simple, taking into consideration finding and signing a lease within 5 working days. Thanks Jayde for helping us to find our flat. We knew we would find it comfortable and it ticked the majority of our boxes when we saw it originally. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly. Throughout the process, Jayde has provided a good range of options for us to explore and made herself available when required. She provided good advice when we needed and was not pushy or trying to upsell us. We would definitely come back to Jayde when we need to move again.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
